With experience leading complex projects across government, education, and creative sectors, her work has been shaped by a strong focus on structure, stakeholder alignment, and delivering outcomes that work in practice.
Her experience in service design informs how she thinks about user journeys, systems, and interactions, ensuring that every website or visual experience is intuitive, functional, and aligned with how a business operates.

Numbers & Operations
Supreeth brings close to two decades of experience in project management, construction, and large-scale delivery.
Having led complex residential and mixed-use developments across Australia and India, he has managed multimillion-dollar projects from planning through to completion, with a strong focus on operational efficiency. His strength lies in managing budgets, timelines, contracts, and stakeholders.

Junior leads the emotional architecture of Reekr8.
With an exceptional track record in boosting team morale, diffusing high-pressure situations, and ensuring a consistent standard of good energy, he plays a critical role in the studio’s day-to-day operations.
Junior has an intuitive ability to sense when things are getting too serious — and corrects course immediately.
Outside of work, Junior continues to refine his skills in sunbathing, snack negotiation, and quality control of all incoming deliveries.
